Reserve a Villa at Avalon Reef Isla Mujeres for 50% of the Regular Rate!

Cost: $165 per night is 50% of the advertised hotel rate, except for weeks with a major holiday (New Years, Easter, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas) which are $180 per night. Reservations can be made for three or four nights and one week or longer stays. Week long stays start and end on a Saturday.

Reservations: At least 65 days advance notice (up to a maximum of one year) is needed to reserve a villa for a one week or longer stay. If the request for reservation is made within this time period you will be guaranteed that week once the reservation is confirmed. To reserve a villa for a stay of three or four days, 60 days or less advance notice is needed. With a request of less than 60 days advance notice, the villa can be reserved only on an availability basis. For last minute travel plans the three or four day stay can be combined for a longer stay of a week or more. Once the reservation is confirmed, full payment is due. Check-in is at 3pm, check-out is at noon.

Cancellation policy: A cancellation must be requested in writing via email and payments made for the confirmed reservation are non-refundable. A cancelled reservation may be rescheduled on an availability basis only. A $50 fee will be charged for rescheduling a reservation date when request is made 30 days or more from the arrival date or a $100 fee will be charged if the request to reschedule is made 29 days or less from arrival date.

Optional "all-inclusive" package: At the resort, an additional $55/day per person (minimum of 3-days) includes unlimited breakfast, lunch, and dinner, snacks, beer, wine, & cocktails, room service, nightclub entertainment, use of fitness center, non-motorized sports equipment such as bicycles, sea kayaks, paddle boats. When parents participate, children under 12 years old get "all-inclusive" package for FREE!
